Fields Collins Properties LLC was registered in 2005 in the State of Ohio by Jonathan Fields and Kathleen Collins to acquire, rehab, lease and resell residential and commercial real estate in Cuyahoga and Summit counties.
Originally based in Chagrin Falls, the company recently relocated to Summit County and currently operates out of 556 Tallmadge Rd., a free standing office building in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio. Fields Collins Properties LLC employs an office manager, a leasing manager and multiple independent contractors to maintain its current holdings and renovate its newly acquired properties.
The company offers affordable housing in apartment buildings and in single family houses - all located in attractive neighborhoods close to shopping, highways and public transportation.
Housing programs range from simple rental agreements to seller financing programs such as a Rent to Own or a Lease with an Option to Buy – programs that cater to those residents aspiring to become home owners.
In order to expand its acquisitions in north east Ohio, Fields Collins Properties LLC uses multiple commercial lenders throughout the United States. Loan types include Financing for Acquisitions, Refinancing current debt to improve cash flow, Lines of Credit and Rehab Loans.
